Ext Store - Ordering FAQ

Completing Your Order

To allow us to set up your commercial license and/or support subscriptions, the following steps are required to complete your order.

Commercial Licenses

For each license that you order, you are entitled to a license key that will uniquely identify your license. In order to receive your key, after you complete your order please send an email to orders@extjs.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and company name (if applicable)
  • The order number(s) you received from Google or PayPal

We will send you an email in response containing your license information.

Support Subscriptions

For each support subscription that you order, you are entitled access to the Ext premium support forum, read-only SVN access and a copy of your subscription agreement. In order to finalize your order, please send an email to orders@extjs.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and company name (if applicable)
  • The order number(s) you received from Google or PayPal
  • Your existing extjs.com username. Note: If you do not already have an extjs.com username, please create one.
  • The names and existing extjs.com usernames of any other users who should also have access to the Ext premium support forum.

We will add your username(s) to the premium forum and send you an email in response confirming your forum membership and containing your SVN username and support agreement.

Google Checkout

  • A Google account is required to check out, and you can create one for free if needed.
  • Google checkout only supports buying one item at a time currently. If you'd like to buy a license and a support subscription, or more than one developer license, you'll have to check out separately for each item.
  • Google currently requires us to "ship" all orders in order to complete them, even though we don't actually send anything aside from an email confirmation. You can ignore any emails from Google confirming that your order was shipped. The latest code will always be available from our download pages.

PayPal Checkout

  • PayPal requires that any purchase over $2,000 USD be made through a verified account (your bank account must be verified with PayPal). If you don't already have a verified account, PayPal will not allow a checkout over that amount. Google checkout does not have this restriction.
  • PayPal checkout only supports buying one item at a time currently. If you'd like to buy a license and a support subscription, or more than one developer license, you'll have to check out separately for each item.

General Questions

  • Do you accept alternate forms of payment aside from Google/PayPal?
Yes! We can accept purchase orders, checks and direct bank transfers. Please note that for checks and purchase orders, your order cannot be completed until the payment has cleared our bank. To arrange for payment via one of these methods, please send an email to orders@extjs.com.
  • Will you send me a sales receipt?
We are happy to send a sales receipt on request. When emailing us to confirm your order, please indicate that you would like a sales receipt, and include the billing contact information that should be included on it (contact name, company name if applicable and address).
