Drag and drop a tab item

Is it possible to enable drag and drop for tab item inside a tab panel, so that i can rearrange the order of the tab items by simply dragging and dropping the items inside the tabpanel?

Yes this is possible easily with a custom Drag/Drop Target. However you will need to implement this on your own.
