Add the ability to cache per window object or frame to better support IFRAMEs without third party additions.
Add the ability to flush (dump) the entire cache.

No, as in the Ext cache, where it stores Ext.Element objects for quicker retrieval and lookup.

I can see the potential benefits, but why are you looking to do this?
