I know Netscape Isn't technically supported,
but does anybody have any experience getting ext running on Netscape?
I have certain government people who are forced to use Netscape 7.0.
I tried my project on 7.1 and it worked, but in 7.0 it won't even try to work.
Anybody know the differences between 7.0 and 7.1 and how I might be able to extend ext to support 7.0?

sorry no idea about that.
but out of curiosity, who is so weird to spent money for developing a web application but refuses to upgrade the browsers which are free?
NS 7.0 isn't that based on a gecko engine before Firefox even existed? s.th. around Firebird 0.7 ?!?
i hope they don't have any online connection with that antique browser

I didn't even know there was a Netscape 7!? I thought it died on version 4 or something.
What types of issues are you finding?

The government is always 5 years(at least) behind the current technology, and you have to jump throught an insane amount of hoops to get new things installed on classified networks.
Netscape 7.0 just seems to ignore the javascript, loading the page just shows a blank bunch of nothing(because all the divs are visibility:hidden).
Netscape 7.1 actually loads everything(not everything works but at least it loads).
It's a tought question and I wasn't really expecting anybody to know this off the top of their head, but if anybody has any ideas about different things I could try that's all I'm really looking for.

ExtJS seem to work perfectly with Netscape 7.2 & above , not faced any major problem which could not be solved !!
