Problem with tree.css

Hi, when i try to make Tree(with beta2) css did not work correctly until i add following line in .html file:

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="css/tree.css" />

Is it a local problem?

P.S. Is it possible to remove SeparatorMenuItem OnMouseOver effect ?
