margin for formpanel

FormPanel does not have anyway (it seems) to set a margin for the panel. Label and fields are too close to the border and should offer a way to set a border margin.

perhaps not really a bug, but certainly a missing feature that should be present

You can now specify the padding for FormPanel with a default of 20px. Change is in SVN.
