I also added grid, qtip, menu and date-picker themes which are not in the gray theme.

Just download the following file and extract it to Ext resources directory

The Black theme does not appear to work properly if you use the frame:true config option on panels, all of your other themes seem to behave correctly.

For an example see http://www.nbred5.com and change the Theme using the toolbar combo.

does not exist under the css x-panel-mr

Sorry, this was my mistake, looks like my FTP upload balked on the images/black/panel directory as the whole dir was missing, once uploaded all works fine.

I have just discovered something else, I have added the following to the xtheme-black.css file as I was using Ext.Toolbar.addText() and the text was not showing up as it is black by default.

.x-toolbar .ytb-text{padding:2px;color:white;}

Very nice work with the theme! Wish I could use it in my project mojoPortal (http://www.mojoportal.com) which is licensed under the Common Public License but GPL is not compatible with CPL due to the viral nature of GPL.

Any chance you could license this under LGPL like the rest of ExtJs?

I love this theme. It really appeals to me. Thanks for taking the time to create it.

One thing however, the toolbar buttons on the HtmlEditor toolbar do not go with the dark colour. Would replacement buttons normally come with the new theme, or should I create my own?

Hi.. I love the black theme and appreciate your work.

I am having a couple issues with it. First, under FireFox, the grid paging toolpar text is black, and so are the column headings. In your screen shot they show up white which is what I would expect. Also the qtips with icon are not rendering properly.

Anyone have fixes?

Any ideas on how to make the labels in the StartMenu black? because the letters are white and they don't show properly, this is for the mxracer desktop extension.

Are these compatible with the latest Ext 2.0 stable release? I'm showing some weird behavior when I attempt to use the Black and DarkGray themes. Could also be my lack of experience with Ext, too. :D Just wanted to check.

Hi, I love the look of your themes but sadly I can't download them through the firewall/internet settings that my workplace has set up. Could it be possible for someone to attach the zip file to the forum post? I know I can download it like that due to being able to download the Slate theme earlier.

I would appreciate it if anyone could help me out with that. (I could use Black and Dark Gray if possible).

On the black theme, I notice a pb with grid header and grid paging toolbar (cf. screenshot).
In fact whatever the theme (Black, Dark gray, Olive and Purple) the color used for the header and the paging tool bar is not modified. For the black theme it's critical because headers are really difficult too read.

Another point concerning FieldSet. The color is also always the same whatever the theme (cf last both screenshoots)

NOTE: I don't use at all specific class

i works fine with me now. good job!

i'm not sure, but i think i found another missing colour:
when using an Ext.Window, inside an Ext.form.FormPanel and inside that textfields,
i have white fieldLabels on white background.
on your screens in the first posting, there is such an window with white label-text and dark-grey background-colour, so i guess, panels or formPanels need to get the bgcolor.

EDIT: i tested to change:


.x-panel-body {
border-color:#000000;
}


to


.x-panel-body {
background:#363636;
border-color:#000000;
}


and it works for me.

First of all,
congratulations for the theme, it's impressive and I really do like it a lot!!

I'm using IE6, and of course I have problem with png.
Besides, when I disable a button for example in the toolbar, it looks not good, is it always because of PNG?
What the best to fix it? (convert PNG in gif?)

I can't use css. I only can modify text style, but when i try to modify backgroud image nothing happen. For example if i replace

by

and it works fine, but if i replace...

background-image:url(../images/default/button/btn-sprite.gif);
}

by

.x-btn-left{
background-image:url(../images/default/black/btn-sprite.gif);
}

nothing happen.

I download this theme to probe in my proyect and it doesn't work neither. I try to resolve it editing ../images/default/button/btn-sprite.gif but it doesn't work. i don't know where is retriving de image.

can someone help me, please ??

I have some problem rendering an upload field.
i use...

upload .setInputType("file");

which produce something like...

input type=file class=x-form-file x-form-field

It seems to use gwt ext style,
but nothing particular for x-form-file, and nothing from the black theme.

I know it is hard to use css for this #!"##" upload, but you seem to be the man for that.:D

I hate for this to be my first post on this forum but....

I'm fairly new to ext, so maybe I'm missing something, but I'm guessing these themes don't work with ext2.2. Is that the case?

Working with the grid-grouping example, I simply changed the ext-all.css to xtheme-black.css in the html & this is what I get. Am I missing a step? (it lives here (http://churchofbk.com/ext/ext-2.2/examples/grid/grouping.html) if it helps)

They're all there... I just checked & found themes for Black, Purple, Slickness, Olive, & Dark Gray. Not all of them are on the first page and not all of them are posted by the author, but they all exist as attachments in their respective thread.

True, they should be cleaned up & placed where they are easier to find, but if you're looking for one to use for yourself, they're there. ;)

You can't just swap out ext-all.css. I'm pretty sure for all themes you include ext-all.css first, followed by the xtheme-xxx.css file.

sorry I'm not able to add new themes to my extjs project.
I'm developing a website and I set a reference to Coolite.Ext.Web.dll, I'm using this script

<ext:ScriptManagerID="ScriptManager1"runat="server"Theme="Slate"/>

I download BLACK (http://extjs.com/forum/showthread.php?t=15504)and DARK-GRAY (http://extjs.com/forum/showthread.php?t=15341) themes and put them in C:\Program Files\Coolite\Coolite Toolkit Community v0.8.0\Source Project\Coolite.Ext.Web\Build\Resources\Coolite\extjs\resources\css rebuilt the solution Coolite.Toolkit.sln in C:\Program Files\Coolite\Coolite Toolkit Community v0.8.0\Source Project but nothing changed! what I'm expeting is to select these themes in that script, but I still see Default - Gray - Slate only!

Can samone help me please?

Hello to you all.
For the last couple of days I have been going through the forums and google trying to find out why the installation of this theme is not working for me. Obviously I haven't figure this out that's why I am seeking your help.
I downloaded the theme and added the css under resources/css/ and the black folder for images under /resources/images/.
I included the references

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="../src/js/ExtJS/resources/css/ext-all.css">
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="../src/js/ExtJS/resources/css/xtheme-black.css">The theme was installed but the images of the theme are not being displayed.

What am I doing wrong.
