I love the new style that came with the release of 1.1. Great upgrade.
It did cause me to notice that when you have splitters above tabs, it causes a bit of an awkward look.
I'm not even sure that this should be considered a bug or just a style choice. Anyway, here's a hacked-up screenshot of the page. Decide for yourself.
